Natasha Sagalovsky

Somatic & Relational Coaching
Natasha Sagalovsky (she/her/ella) has over 15 years of experience supporting individuals in coming home to their bodies, breath, and inner knowing. She works with people seeking to cultivate meaningful, self-honoring lives in the aftermath of trauma, orienting less toward symptom management and more toward healing as an ongoing process of deepening self-understanding, humility, agency, creativity, and wholeness.

Drawing from somatic and meridian-based practices, as well as relational work, Natasha understands healing as something that unfolds within us, between us, and in relationship to the natural world. She approaches embodiment as a relationship to be tended, and trauma recovery as a living process. Her work is held with care for the soul, trust in the body’s wisdom, and an ever-deepening awareness of interconnection that reveals our responsibility to the communities we belong to.

As Sage's Programs Manager, Natasha oversees patient care coordination, supports program development, and the cultivation of meaningful relationships within and throughout our broader community. Her in-depth experience supporting women in recovery, and decade+ as a therapeutic yoga teacher, inform the grounded and compassionate care she offers our patients at Sage.

Natasha lived in an ashram for six years as part of the core staff. Her ongoing studies include Somatic Experiencing®, Authentic Relating, Feminine and Herbal Wisdom lineages, Five Element, Qigong, and Meridian Yoga Therapy, Ecopsychology, Astrology, and the Here and Now.

Originally from South America, she speaks English and Spanish fluently.
