I’m devoted to supporting you in returning to your body, breath, and inner knowing. Through somatic, relational, and trauma-informed care, I work with individuals rebuilding lives of meaning and coherence after trauma.
I’ve led groups and healing spaces within wellness, clinical, and grassroots settings, including my work within non-profit organizations, as a facilitator and apprentice in a women's recovery house, as a yoga therapy teacher for 15+ years, and during my years living in an ashram as part of the core staff.
I'm especially attuned to working with those who are highly sensitive, socially anxious, empaths, or still learning to inhabit their bodies and emotions. Those who are healing from emotional neglect, shame, relational wounding, chronic stress, illness, and disability, who may have learned to silence their needs, or carry too much alone.
My work is integrative, weaving together Somatic Experiencing®, Authentic Relating, mindfulness, visioning, self-inquiry. and yoga therapy. It’s grounded in two decades of multidisciplinary training, lived experience and facilitation; and more recently in my work as the program manager at Sage Integrative Health, a role I’ve been honored to hold for 5 years and counting .
