Somatic Experiencing® & Therapeutic Touch
Integrative Ketamine-Assisted Therapy
Andrea (she/they) is a bodywork practitioner with an integrative approach, dedicated to helping clients rediscover and nurture all aspects of their being. Trained in both Eastern and Western modalities of bodywork and nervous system repair, she has a growing passion for exploring the connection between physical and emotional experiences through somatic practices. Her grounded and empathetic presence supports the container for her clients to deepen their connection to self.

Andrea has been a massage therapist for over a decade and noticed as years went on that clients symptoms stemmed from patterns embedded in the nervous system, inseparable from emotions, beliefs, and life experiences. To address chronic pain and illness, change needs to happen on a spiritual level. She offers Somatic Experiencing Bodywork, a body-centered method designed to address trauma symptoms and chronic stress. This approach combines gentle touch and somatic exercises with compassionate dialogue, helping clients gain awareness of how their bodies communicate with their minds and emotions. By focusing on sensations, posture, imagery, emotions, and personal narratives, clients can achieve greater regulation, resilience, and authenticity.

Andrea holds a BA in Social Work from UW-Milwaukee and earned her Massage License from McKinnon School of Bodywork in Oakland. Her ongoing curiosity about the complexities of the body has led her to further studies, including training in Herbalism with Phyllis Light, Somatic Experiencing with Peter Levine, and additional classes in Hakomi, Mindfulness Meditation, and Restorative Justice. A lifelong learner, Andrea is committed to self-awareness and growth. She enjoys working with those interested in exploring deeper aspects of their body-psyche, with a special focus on LGBTQIA+ individuals, teens, neurodivergent individuals, those with chronic illnesses, and those seeking relief from childhood trauma.

Somatic Experiencing & Therapeutic Touch:
A body-centered approach to nervous system regulation, trauma healing, and deeper embodiment.

Sessions with Andrea combine the principles of Somatic Experiencing with attuned, trauma-informed touch to support a deeper relationship with your body, nervous system, and innate capacity for healing. Slowing down, you'll be guided to notice sensations, impulses, emotions, areas of tension or numbness, and subtle shifts in the nervous system. Touch may be incorporated to offer grounding, containment, connection, support, or a new experience of safety within the body.

Sessions are collaborative, consent-based, and paced according to what feels supportive in the moment. You remain in choice throughout the process, and touch is always optional.

This work can be especially supportive for people who understand their patterns intellectually but continue to experience them physically: as chronic tension, hypervigilance, shutdown, disconnection, overwhelm, difficulty relaxing, or a sense of being unable to fully settle into themselves.

*This is not a conventional massage session. While touch and bodywork may be part of the experience, the focus is on the relationship between sensation, nervous system responses, emotion, movement, and embodied experience. Each session is shaped around what is present for you that day.
