Jess Daily has a degree in plant & soil science from the University of Massachusetts, a certificate in plant-based nutrition and Ayurvedic medicine from Cornell University, and a certificate in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition. She uses a multidisciplinary and personalized approach to healing, treating clients with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, inflammation, autoimmune disorders, hormone dysregulation, and gut dysbiosis. She helps people to cultivate a friendly and healing relationship with whole foods through a caring and nonjudgemental assessment of their current nutritional habits and a thorough treatment plan that includes dietary recommendations, herbs, and supplements.

Jess's approach combines the science of nutrition, the art of food and the practice of health. She utilizes mind-body medicine, herbalism, and counseling support in her work. Typically, treatment with Jess runs about 6-months, meeting every other week, or weekly for more acute needs and protocols.

Savahn Rosinbum
Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine
Dr. Savahn Rosinbum is a licensed naturopathic doctor with a degree from Bastyr University. She offers both in-person and telemedicine visits as an adjunctive care doctor. Dr. Rosinbum works with patients to a life that feels physically and emotionally healthy and in balance. She works with adults and children of all genders to improve their overall health, and offers a naturopathic perspective on health concerns of importance to them. She works collaboratively with patients and respects each person's budget, timeline, capacity, and goals. Dr. Rosinbum believes there is a useful time and place for all tools in the medical toolbox. She uses pharmaceuticals, herbal medicines, high-dose nutrients (supplements), nutrition and lifestyle counseling, flower essences, homeopathy, and bodywork (craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation). Sometimes the best medicine is simply the tincture of time and making meaning of the experience. She tends to do minimal laboratory testing and her goal is that eventually patients will not be reliant on any medications or supplements. Dr. Rosinbum works with a variety of physical and mental health concerns such as fatigue and medical mysteries; digestive issues including IBS, Crohn's, celiac disease, and food intolerances; hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism; skin concerns such as acne, eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, and urticaria; hormonal concerns such as PCOS, PMS, dysmenorrhea, endometriosis, hirsutism, and fertility; mood disorders such as anxiety, health anxiety, depression, and PTSD; sleep disorders including insomnia and night terrors/nightmares; metabolic concerns such as pre-diabetes, diabetes, dyslipidemia, and NASH/NAFL; cognitive concerns and dementia risk reduction; autoimmune disorders; immune system support for frequent colds/flus/sinusitis and allergies; and chronic pain. She works with transgender and GNC patients and manages gender affirmation interventions (including hormones) using an informed-consent model. Bobbi Knowles is a graduate from the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, CA, where she stayed on as a teaching assistant after graduating. She has over 5 years of massage experience. Bobbi specializes in delivering focused, therapeutic bodywork while providing an experience that is deeply relaxing. Integrating a variety of modalities such as deep tissue, trigger point, shiatsu, and more, she customizes her sessions to address clients' areas of discomfort while creating a space which allows them to let go of stress and tension collected in their bodies. Her touch is strong, nurturing and effective long after the session has ended. Bobbi works with folks experiencing pain and immobility, muscular issues, sciatica, carpal tunnel, as well as those seeking relaxation and stress relief.

Jonny received his Masters degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine in Austin, TX and has studied movement and healing arts for over 20 years. He is devoted to empowering patients through the discovery of their inherit healing potentials with the assistance of wisdom traditions of both eastern and western medical models.

Jonny tailors treatments to each individual's unique makeup and often utilizes dietary & lifestyle guidance, bodywork, craniosacral therapy, acupuncture, and medicinal teas to inspire deep rest and integration within the nervous system and healthy circulation throughout the body, mind, and spirit.

Dr. Genesee Herzberg received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. She trained in MDMA-assisted therapy for PTSD with MAPS and Ketamine-assisted therapy with the KRIYA Institute. She offers individual, couple and family therapy, ketamine-assisted therapy, and non-pathologizing and skilled support in integrating psychedelic experiences. Dr. Herzberg specializes in helping people heal from childhood trauma, cultural trauma, and loss. She is sensitive to the impact of oppressive structures and issues related to race, culture, gender and sexual identity.

Julie Megler
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, MSN
Julie is board certified as a family and psychiatric nurse practitioner. She prioritizes regenerating the connection between the body and mind. She focuses patient care on achieving psycho-emotional wellbeing through the support of mental health medications and somatic approaches to therapy. Julie also offers integration of altered states of consciousness and Ketamine assisted therapy.

Initial appointments with Julie involve a 50 minute intake to get a complete picture of your history and what you bring to the table. If seeing Julie strictly for medication support, follow up visits are 30 minutes and are as frequent as every few weeks to every three months. Dr. Henry completed psychiatry residency at the University of California, San Francisco, and received advanced psychotherapy training through the San Francisco Center for Psychoanalysis and the CIIS Center for Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research. Dr. Henry has expertise working with psychedelic-induced psychosis, and is known for his ability to help people bridge back from overwhelming states.

Treatment with Dr. Henry begins with an integrative consultation, for one or a few sessions, to help decide whether psychological, pharmaceutical, or natural remedies would best serve you. From there you may begin psychotherapy, add/remove medications, or create a plan that includes a range of modalities.

Molly Anderson

Molly has been practicing as a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner since 2007. She brings a wide range of experience with alternative approaches to health and wellbeing. Her practical approach to treatment includes thoughtful use of medication, somatic approaches and psychotherapy. She takes an open stance towards emerging therapies that can be used to process past experiences and move towards a greater sense of meaning and belonging.

Treatment with Molly begins with an initial 60 minute visit. Medication support is provided during 30 minute follow-up appointments at a frequency ranging from two weeks to three months. During that time, medication may be added, reduced or removed in the context of psychotherapy, lifestyle changes or other therapeutic modalities.

Irina has also found a passion in psychedelic-assisted therapy, as well as helping people explore the relationships they have with their drug use through a harm reduction lens. In therapy sessions with Irina, you can expect that she'll work with you at your own pace and follow your guidance while providing a comfortable space to process whatever feels salient in the moment.

Heather received her Masters from California State University, Sacramento in Clinical Social Work. She takes a psychosocial, trauma-informed, and culturally-responsive approach to treatment to promote mental health and wellness. Heather is passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ populations and communities of color, and incorporates a social justice-oriented framework into her work with clients.

Typical treatment for psychotherapy with Heather occurs as weekly 50-minute sessions, and depending on the current experiences and mental health of the client can be in the form of brief-therapy or long-term therapy. Treatment can also be combined with other wellness services at Sage Integrative Health to promote a more holistic approach to therapy.
